I have an old 5th wheel travel trailer that is currently on my property (Has been for over 3 years). I live in Johnson County Texas. It was brought down from UT by my uncle who was doing some work for me. While it was here I paid for some work to be done to it and was never paid back by my uncle (over $5,000). My uncle can't find any paperwork on it including the bill of sale when he purchased it. It is licensed in NM and my uncle never got it registered in his name. My uncle told me that the guy he bought it from has passed away. How do I go about getting it registered and titled in my name so I can use it or sell it?
